The Green Family

Tony was saved at the age of 4 years old, while living in Michigan, where his father was pastoring a small church. Tony remembers the ride home from church one Sunday night. The whole way home he thought about what he had heard preached in the service; he knew he needed to ask Jesus into his heart and only Jesus could forgive him of his sins. When Tony got home he told his parents he wanted to get saved. His Dad took the Word of God and led him through the plan of salvation. Tony accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior that night.

Twenty years later Tony met his future wife, Kristi in the College and Career Class at Grace Baptist Church in Middletown, Ohio. Kristi had attended Grace all of her life. She was saved as a young girl. A Sunday school teacher at Trinity Baptist Church in Middletown led her to the Lord, while she was attending church with her Grandma and Grandpa. Kristi was baptized at Grace when she was 10 years old.

The Lord has truly blessed the Green family in many ways. He has allowed them 4 healthy and wonderful children. Hannah and Madelynn have both accepted the Lord Jesus Christ, and it is their prayer that their two boys, Evan and Blake, will do the same when they are older.

The Green’s count it a privilege that God has allowed them to serve Him, in the Junior High Department. They look forward to seeing how God will continue to bless the ministry of the Youth Department at Grace Baptist.
